Weil das eine Beta war und die verfallen bei Ritlabs nach einer gewissen Zeit. Es kann auch sein, dass man sie damals absichtlich entfernt hat, weil ein paar schwerwiegende Bugs erst in v8 behoben wurden (vgl. Hinweis zu v7.6.16.60). v7.4.4.1 kann man jedenfalls immer noch herunterladen.

Aller Voraussicht nach ist das die letzte Voyager-Version, für die noch v7 Lizenz gültig ist. Demnächst soll Voyager v8 erschienen, für die so wie für TB! v8 eine neue kostenpflichtige Lizenz erforderlich sein wird. Wer bereits eine v8 TB! Pro Lizenz hat oder erwerben wird, wird natürlich auch Voyager v8 kostenlos nutzen können. Mit einer Home Lizenz ist das aber nicht möglich.
Ein offizielles Changelog existiert nicht. Das müssten jedoch die Änderungen zwischen v7.4.4.1 und v7.4.14.1 sein (kopiert aus den TB!-Changelogs):
