[*] The Bat! automatically distinguishes between Windows code page (used by v5) 
 and UTF8 (used by v6) to pass parameters to running process of The Bat! This makes possible to open, for example, 
 .EML files with national characters in name while  using both v5 and v6 at the same time (Alpha issue)
