Good morning everyone.
After the version of Thebat! Pro 11.4.1 and following, I can no longer read the e-mails in HTML format. That is, I read some of them but then the screen becomes completely empty. Only by closing Thebat! And restarting it the HTML view reappears, but then the problem is proposed again. Does it happen to you too? How can it be resolved? Thanks for the attention.

Do you use the Modern Message Preview showing conversations?
Or the old Classic Preview?
Check Options → Preferences → Viewer/Editor → Classic Preview Pane -
