I am hoping that someone can help me. I went away from Bayesit becauce it refused to filter all my folders.. In some it would check for Spam very nicely, while in others it did nothing. Not great.
Regula seems more garessive and I am having to remove most key words from the .dat files as too many perfectly inocent and important emails are ending up in the Spam Folder.
The problem I have is that the "Mark As Not Junk" button does not seem to do anything anymore. The mails are still in the Junk Folder and keep getting filtered in to it.
Also, when I try moving mails from the Junk Folder into my Inbox the computer churns on the hard disk for about 10 minutes (which is a pain of course) and then at the end of this has not moved the mails.. They are still in the Junk Folder.
What can I do to fix this?
