GnuPG - Wechsel des Schlüssels....wie legt man einen neuen Standardschlüssel fest?

In dem du den mit der Schlüssel-ID in der gpg.conf als solchen festlegst.

Die Kommandozeilenoptionen mit -- korrespondieren zu denen in gpg.conf (die haben kein -- davor!).

Die gpg.conf sollte selbst erstellt werden und dann in %APPDATA%\gnupg gespeichert werden.

Natürlich kannst du die gpg.conf auch über Kleopatra -> Einstellungen -> Kleopatra einrichten -> GnuPG System oder GPA -> Bearbeiten -> Backend-Einstellungen ändern.
Allerdings ist es so, dass die Benutzeroberfläche nicht alle Einstellungen, die mal gebraucht werden könnten zulässt.

Es liegt unter C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG\share\gnupg\gpg-conf.skel eine Beispieldatei (namens gpg-conf.skel) für gpg.conf, falls es dich interessiert was da so drin stehen kann.
