    What's new in 4.1.1.9 since 4.1.1.8:
[-] If the %APPDATA% environment variable was not available (e.g under Windows NT 4.0),
    The Bat! now offers to create a mail directory in %USERPROFILE% or in the "MAIL" directory.
[-] Bugs related to "KillTimer" might harm execution of The Bat! on Windows NT 4.0 machines.
[-] MailTicker couldn't get updated sometimes
